Green & Black’s Ultimate Dark Hot Chocolate
1 tbsp (15ml) water
1 tbsp (15ml) Green & Black’s Hot Chocolate
20g (6 squares) Green & Black’s Dark 70% chocolate, broken into small pieces
½ cup (125 ml) Ruby Port
1. Heat the water, hot chocolate granules and chocolate pieces in a small saucepan over a low heat, stirring or whisking constantly to prevent burning and to help the ingredients to emulsify.
2. Once a smooth paste has been achieved, add the port and whisk together to blend all the ingredients.
3. Pour into brandy snifter glass, chill for half an hour and serve cool.
